What payment methods do you accept?

We are accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Skype. Additionally, we do accept ApplePay and GooglePay through Stripe.

Where is your office?

We’re located in Thongsala, Koh Phangan in Suratthani, Thailand.

What long are your trip program?

It depends on the program but usually varies from 4 hours to the whole day or even 24 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Up to 48 hours before departure: Full Refund
24-48 hours before departure: 50% Refund
Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No Refund
Cancellation due to sickness (with medical certificate): Full Refund or Option to Reschedule
Cancellation due to bad weather or unsafe conditions: Full Refund or Option to Reschedule at Your Convenience.

How many days to book before the actual departure date?

You can book as close to 24 hours before the actual date.
